I went in to O'Reilly VIP in Somersworth to get help for a guard that was hanging under my car and down right driving me nuts, spoke with Brandon about how much it would cost me to have it taken care he said that they would fix it as beast as they can at no cost it was a curtsey . Of course it is not a a fix that may last it may need to be replaced. But I wanted to thank his crew for helping an old lady out I so much appreciated them/ Thank you Again Fran Pomerleau

I went in for a flat repair. A screw was stuck in the meat of the tire. They said it was too close to the sidewall to patch it because their patches are so big. So fine, replace the tire, nope need to replace 2 front tires. Work up a quote, I offered my cell phone number to call if the needed as I was going to get a bite to eat. Got back to the shop about half hour later. Nothing was done yet. They realized my SUV is all wheel drive. A point I made clear when I called them to make the repair appt. Now, being an AWD, the CAN’T allow me to buy just 2 tires. He MUST replace all four tires to tread match. I’m not happy at all. I went from a $50 flat repair, to $300 for 2 tires, then to $670 for 4 tires, alignment. Tires are done, going for alignment. Oh no! My SUV happens to be a GM product. (General Motors) that means in order align it they must install 2 bolts @$30 each plus 1 hour labor for each bolt. This adds close to $300 additional to the bill. After the quotes! What? Have they never seen a Chevy Equinox before? I paid and left. I had to close my hood, they left it open. Years ago, as a courtesy, the garage would put the spare tire away nicely. Nope. Just tossed it in the back. To be honest, the staff was not rude. The work that was done, was done well. I just dont agree with how they do business.
