My Volvo experienced significant water intrusion due to a faulty seal, which resulted in approximately six inches of standing water inside the vehicle. This completely submerged the electrical components beneath the seats and ultimately led to the car being deemed a total loss. From the moment I brought my vehicle in, Bob and Chris were outstanding. They kept me informed every step of the way and were consistently professional, respectful, and transparent. As a 20-year-old and a first-time car owner, this situation was overwhelming, but Bob took the time to reassure me that I wasn’t alone in the process and that they would help guide me through everything. Unfortunately, my insurance company made the situation far more difficult than it needed to be, delaying the total loss decision by nearly three weeks. Despite this, Midway went above and beyond, advocating on my behalf, communicating with my insurance company, and doing everything possible to move the process forward. Even during an extremely frustrating experience, they made sure I was taken care of and supported. Midway’s team is completely transparent, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their customers. I never once doubted their recommendations or decisions.
