I’m very disappointed with my experience at LKQ Stockton. I returned an item and have been waiting on my refund, but it has been nothing but a hassle. The process has taken far too long, and every time I reach out, I get little to no help. Customer service has been unresponsive and unprofessional, leaving me frustrated and without resolution. If you’re considering doing business here, be prepared for poor communication and a difficult time getting your money back. Definitely not the kind of service I expected.

The delivery manager there Billy is the reason to my understanding that lets drivers do what ever they want not make a valid delivery attempt . If they drive by the business and park across than leave means they did their job . Managers like Billy who wont listen to what the customer has to say and are so stuck with thinking they are right and if you dont like it get off the phone attitude is why LKQ has such a bad reputation . Its a nightmare to get a part from them . It's not the reps you order with, it's the delivery driver that gives them a bad rep . Driver going to merced only works for 1 hour before heading back home and never make a delivery to businesses because the driver will get paid regardless if he does his job or not . It's amazing how one can do what ever and no one be able to teller anything ever . This spindle is the last part we will order . If you like to wait for a no show delivery days on a row order LKQ driver will make you wait there for nothing !

i am very disappointment at this LKQ warehouse place , i have been dealing with cars and parts for over 30 years and i am happy with LKQ , i ordered 4 parts and i had to pick them from San Jose warehouse at 5995 Hellyer Way , i went there , they made me sing in every one of those 4 pages for receiving, then they brought my parts , i saw one was wrong part , i give it back to Chris over there , he took it to his office and i was watching him talking to someone and laughing , i thought he was coming back with a return paper, receipt, after 15 minutes waiting someone other guy who worked there saw me standing and asked me for help , i told hm the situation , he brought Chris there and now Chris won't give any paper or receipt showing i give back the part to them for my return, i had to make him write it in the receipt he give me and video it in Cass i didn't get my refund , and that is weird m you go anywhere for return and u get a return slip or statement back, i did talked to the LKQ manager about it online , they were upset also.
