15/10 experience with IDS Autoshred. I’ve never been more excited to leave a customer service review so others can experience what true service and genuine kindness look like. I recently relocated to NYC and had accumulated a few boxes of paperwork that needed shredding, so I called several local shredding companies to compare options. Glenn at IDS Autoshred personally answered my call, warmly welcomed me to New York and completely surprised me by refusing to charge me for the service. Instead, he simply asked that I bring donuts for his team, whom he clearly appreciates and treats with great respect! When I arrived, I was welcomed like family. I was invited to be part of the shredding process, shared some laughs and had the chance to learn about Glenn, his family, his company and even got a few great insights about living in NYC. It was refreshing to see a business built on integrity, generosity and genuine human connection. Any time I need shredding services in the future, I will absolutely return to Glenn and IDS Autoshred. Donuts will still be included, but next time I’m genuinely excited to support the business financially as well. This is the kind of company that deserves it!
