I highly recommend anyone looking for a shop for mechanic or towing needs to give Cars and Carts a try. My experience yesterday was one of the best experiences I've ever had at an automotive shop. Upon entering you are greeted by the friendliest young lady and all the staff that came out into the waiting area also greeted you. Overall from the minimal time I spent waiting and the service was top notch. It was extremely reasonably priced as well. If you don't believe me go see for yourself and I don't think you'll be disappointed!! Thanks Cars and Carts for making my time there an extremely pleasurable moment, you've gained a new customer for any future automotive repairs or towing needs.

Excellent service provided by Jay! I found myself in quite the predicament with my 7.5k pound Tundra deep in a ditch off a lonely dirt road. I could tell right away that Jay wasn't sure if he could get me out alone. Well, he did! Multiple pulls and truck repositions were required. He went above and beyond, and I am so grateful. (By the way Jay, NO DAMAGE when I got the front end looked at the next day. GREAT JOB!!!)

We were recently stranded in Carmel NY on Christmas Eve when our car broke down. We called our motor club and they in turn contacted Cars and Carts to provide the tow we needed. They were wonderful. They kept us updated as to when they would arrive and even provided very helpful information regarding where to tow our car which saved us a lot of money. They were professional and helpful and I would gladly recommend them.
