Came here for a NYS inspection and had a great experience. Everyone was super friendly and I was in and out in 15 minutes. I was honestly shocked. After waiting over 2 hours at another place in the neighborhood, this was such a relief. Definitely will be recommending this place to friends and neighbors!

I can’t recommend Paul’s Auto Repair enough! I came in for a routine oil change and a major issue with my Audi’s MMI system. I was worried I’d have to replace the entire unit, which would have cost thousands. However, Angel and the team of technicians were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They did a thorough job diagnostic checking all potential issues and actually fixed the system rather than just pushing for a replacement. If you want honest, expert mechanics who won’t overcharge you, this is the place to go.

Came in for a quick oil change. Angel seemed to be swamped juggling 5 customers at once, but i thought he handled it patiently and masterfully. Very professional and kind. The man who did my oil change also went above and beyond by removing a nail from my tire that I didn’t even know was there
