After speaking with the front desk, we were instructed to bring our trailer in for an immediate assessment. However, after our driver spent 40 minutes traveling to your shop, the service manager informed us that the trailer would have to be dropped off and could not be looked at until the following day. This lack of internal communication and poor customer service resulted in significant wasted time for our driver. I hope you will take this feedback into account to improve your coordination moving forward.
