I recently visited NAPA to inquire about my car’s brakes, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! One of the younger team (with long hair I forgot his name?)member, in particular, was incredibly thorough—he took the time to explain everything in detail, from the wear and tear on my brakes to other key aspects of my car’s maintenance. What really impressed me was how engaged the entire team was. They didn’t just give me a quick answer; they made sure I fully understood the condition of my vehicle and what needed attention. Their professionalism, patience, and willingness to educate me made the experience truly outstanding. It’s rare to find a team that cares this much about customer service and transparency. Need to get rid of the short hair skinny guy. Really bad customer service ?

Horrible customer service. Doesn't offer veteran or senior discounts. With 4 workers behind the counter 3 of which were doing nothing bu having casual conversation with eachother they somehow thought it was okay to allow a 80+ yr old frail man to carry a lawn mower battery out of the store and he to his car hehad just purchased with out a discount mind you, keeping in mind this battery was not light in the slightest insead of offering help they tied a rope to the battery to make it easier to hold. Terribly disgusting behavior by these young men, will not be shopping there ever again after witnessing this.
