The professionalism and responsiveness I experienced were amazing. Bronxville Auto Collision turned a terrible situation into a positive experience for me. Special shout out to Joanne there, who acted as the intermediary between the insurance company and car dealership and kept me apprised every step of the way (which was over 4 weeks!). I so appreciated her support. And I feel like I have a brand-new car!

This shop has become my go-to place for all my Mazda auto body work. I found this body shop after another body shop could not get to the bottom of why my hood was vibrating after a replacement hood was put on it. Mazda referred me here and it’s the best thing that’s happened. Not only did they handle the insurance side of things but they got to the bottom of what was causing my hood to vibrate, patiently. They fixed the parts and even buffed/polished the car so that everything looked brand new (apparently something they do for all customers). This body shop worked well with me as a woman and I felt like my concerns were both heard and addressed, with no pushback, instead of the treatment I’ve received at other car places as a woman. 10/10 will be back!
