The service here was very poor. I stood waiting to be helped while one of the employees was on his phone and didn’t acknowledge me at all. After a few minutes, he finally put his phone down and asked if I needed help, then placed the phone on the counter and continued playing online slot games. When I told him what I needed, he said it would take a few minutes. I assumed he was looking for the item, but instead he continued playing on his phone and wasting my time. I left without being helped and will not be returning. This place seriously needs better management.

I needed a part for an older vehicle. I looked online at several vendors and couldn't find my part, so I decided to take the old part to NAPA and see what they could do. The counter person looked at his computer, then took out an old school paper catalog, and we found the part, and I had it the next day. Thank you, NAPA, for having the part to keep my truck running.
