Stopped into the Erie Blvd. store today on my way home from another errand...and on a whim. I first dealt with Eli who listened to my questions and helped me pick out a battery cleaner and some wire brushes to clean up my battery terminals. He also helped me with an engine air filter and priced out some replacement rotors and pads...informing me of a current promotion on the rotors and pads. He came outside to show me how to install the air filter....I told him I was going to do it myself...and he just did it for me-it was that simple. He also cleaned up the battery terminals for me so now I know how to do that. I asked for the free battery test they advertise and he went back in to get the machine. The dealer told me the other day it failed on their machine and that the battery was bad. The Manager, Mike, came out with the machine because Eli had to go out on a delivery; he performed the battery test and handed me a pass receipt saying the battery was good with a reserve. Definitely worth stopping in and dealing with this company! The employees provided great customer service and helped me feel much better about some basic car maintenance issues the dealer wanted to charge me a fortune for.

went to the one on West genesee Street today to get some antifreeze for my car being a woman that knows nothing about cars he helped me with the antifreeze Great customer service thank you to the gentleman that help me. I will be going back if I ever need any for my car
