I am 100% satisfied with the service I receive at Fred’s. They troubleshoot the car issue quickly and accurately. They schedule the work to be done quickly, and stick to the schedule. They provide in advance a printout of the work to be done, and the price in parts and labor, and there are no surprises when you pick up the car. They are very easy to talk to and take the time to explain the work that needs to be done. Their prices are reasonable. (They are closed weekends.).

Fred's Auto is a terrific mechanic shop where the employees genuinely care about their work, maintaining the vehicles and their customer's concerns. I have been taking my Cadillac to them for the last few years and they have always accommodated me in the most inconvenient circumstances. They check in with their customers constantly during and after service is complete as well. In addition, they are transparent about cost and expectations.
