I entered the store in my work clothes and was approached by a extremely rude middle age plus women barking at me nastilly...how can I help you.Well I had a 10 dollar off coupon in my hand sent to my house and I answered craftsman tools then she rudely once again told me the coupon is no good for tools ? I really had the feeling this.Cranky lady wanted me out of the store by not making me feel welcome. Well store owner I will not be returning to this store and you have one less customer. To be fair the younger staff has always been polite and fine with me.

I recently visited Ace Hardware Wading River to purchase Benjamin Moore paint and was assisted by a wonderful representative named Mike. Not only was Mike incredibly knowledgeable about the products, but he also went above and beyond to help me while managing my three young children. Before I entered the store I was overwhelmed by the thought of buying paint while watching the boys and keeping them from touching anything in a hardware store (3 boys under 5!). Mike relieved all of my anxieties—He was patient, courteous, and kind, making the whole experience much easier and more pleasant. His excellent customer service truly stood out, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It's rare to encounter such a dedicated and friendly employee, and Mike made sure I had everything I needed while ensuring my kids were comfortable and entertained. He even told me I could take my kids to the car and had me pull to the front where he brought out and loaded the paint into the car for me. Thank you, Mike, for your outstanding help. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this store!
