I purchased a 2015 F150 for my son , we had some serious issues that came up that we couldn't handle , so contacted them , Spoke to Liz & Kenny. They recommend certain things & also I could do some other things now would be the time to do so. So we moved forward with all work suggestions. My truck started throwing a low oil pressure sensor error, and I needed to get it fixed quick as I didn't have time to work on it myself. They got me right in, and even let me have a loaner. I was so impressed I had them do some other maintenance that was due that I'd been planning to do myself.
