I’ve honestly never been compelled to write a positive review for a car dealership before…. But these guys deserve it. I purchased a vehicle out of state, and Jailene made this process very easy and comfortable. It was a little nerve wrecking buying out of state, but his constant communication throughout really helped. His responsiveness was so quick I don’t think the man sleeps. He took me for a FaceTime walk around and showed me literally every minor imperfection on the vehicle. I really appreciated it. Also Bryan in the finance department was great to work with and helped find a rate that kept the monthly payment where I needed it. Really appreciate these folks. Keep up the great service!

Team auto group in Swansboro is amazing. First, their service department is always friendly and knowledgeable. Their sales department and management is amazing. 1st my husband hates me going for oil changes! Because when I do, normally at my year mark or a little over, I drive off the lot with a new vehicle. This time I didn’t think I’d be getting in the ride I fell in love with! But the sales managers and my salesman made it happen!!! Thank you to all of you that worked so hard to get me in this beauty
