I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this experience was frustrating. I contacted this company for a winch-out service and immediately noticed a negative attitude on the phone. They initially agreed to help for $500, but their ETA was too long for our situation. After checking with other services and calling back, the price was suddenly increased, and the attitude became even worse. I ended up using another towing service that was farther away but much more professional, charging $650. Unfortunately, I won’t be using this company again.

I called for a tow (very dead battery), and they arrived in about five minutes and offered to try jumpstarting it. Was able to jump it and save me the towing fee! Great and professional service all around

Very good company. Fair and honest. Transmission went on my kenworth 35 miles from town and Wayne was excellent to work with, driver was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They are a great group of guys who didn’t abuse me. I highly recommend Ace for all towing needs. They were not able to tow me back to Wisconsin however Wayne gave me another tow company contract that was honest and fair to get my truck home to my shop so I can fix it! Don’t be fooled by the negative reviews they are not accurate! Thank you Wayne
