We were about 4 hours into a 3 day road trip when we had an unexpected brake problem. Not knowing where to go, we stopped randomly at Eckman's. I'm so glad we did! They were wonderful! They shifted some things around and the mechanic stayed a little late to get us back on the road within 2 hrs. Not a fun experience but it could have been so much worse. Highly recommend! Thank you Eckman's!

Don't come here if you're black you can literally show people exactly what the problem is under your vehicle, i ask one of the guys to take it off get charged $30 Then drive off and the exact same problem was still under my vehicle ! Was played like a fool I literally pointed at the hard plastic piece under my vehicle I asked the guy to take it off he Disregarded anything I said ! Drove off plastic piece still on and damaged vehicle even more! Thanks for NOTHING! Do not go to this place!!
