The lady that helped us was extremely nice and respectful. Having that said; They charged the maximum amount allowed by Ohio towing regulations for every category. The tow fee was $144 (the legal maximum for vehicles under 10,001 lbs), storage was $22 for the day (also the maximum), and the after-hours release fee was $150 (again the maximum allowed). While the charges appear to be within the legal limits, it’s frustrating that every single fee is set at the highest amount permitted. If your car gets towed, be sure you will be paying the most they can charge you.

Best experience with a tow company I could've had. Joshua took his time pulling us out of the snow while safety being his top priority. We were able to drive home and he made sure I did just that. Thank you Josh and company for treating us so kindly during this stressful time!!

So happy we were referred to Frank. He and his wife, both outstanding! I was disabled in a very dangerous construction zone on 77 thru the Richfield/Fairlawn area. My roadside assist thru insurance was going to be at least 2hrs, Frank was there in 40min. He stayed in constant contact andhe was fast with safety as his and his wife's first concern. Thank you so much for rescuing me! When I need help again, Frank will be my first call.
