An entitled 300 year old man from my development backed into my truck when it was parked, then tried to leave before the police came and then tried to lie to the police (that's another story). My insurance company suggested this place as an option for both dropping my truck off to get fixed and picking up a rental. Repairs took about 10 days, which I think is a bit excessive for the damage done. They did an outstanding job of calling me and keeping me updated on things. They had communicated that a few parts got lost or delayed in shipping (which happens, I suppose) and that repairs were dependent upon staffing (which surprised me). Some of the staff were quick to talk negatively about other staff, which I found unprofessional. However, they washed and detailed my truck pretty well, which I wasn't anticipating and appreciated greatly. All in all, I have mixed feelings about this place, but I'd probably go back if needed. Keep the elderly off the roads, Governor!

This place was suggested to me by my insurance company. I typically do all my own work but simply didn’t have the time to do this job. That being said, the job itself should have taken only a few days to be done plus time to receive parts. I would say a total of two weeks, tops! It has been over 2 months and they still have my car! Every time I call out there, it’s always some sort of b.s. excuse. I will be contacting the BBB over this. Stay away from this place!
