First of all, Tonya, one of the dispatchers is incredible! She helped me navigate a tow & drop off of my car after an accident with patience and compassion, which was greatly appreciated during a stressful situation. The response time was also excellent. I took a star off because a completely different towing company (Oscar’s Towing) showed up when I had been expecting Marlboro Towing. I’m assuming they subcontract out when they’re busy, but I wish this would have been communicated ahead of time because I was definitely caught off guard. Also, the driver from Oscar’s Towing was not very pleasant to deal with, but he ultimately got the job done so it is what it is. Overall, I would recommend Marlboro Towing and will gladly use them again if the need arises.

Great company. From the start, the dispatcher was very professional. Then I got a call from the actual technician. They came out as fast as they could and got me taken care of. Their prices were extremely fair and service was the best I have ever had. I would recommend them to anyone who ever needs towing services.
