He takes the time to explain what’s going on with your vehicle and never tries to upsell unnecessary repairs. The work is always top-quality, prices are fair, and he gets the job done right the first time. It’s rare to find a mechanic you can completely trust, but Daniel and his team at Tom’s Auto Repair have earned my loyalty for life. During a cross-country road trip with my family, we started having car trouble right before a holiday weekend — the worst timing. We contacted Tom’s Auto Repair hoping they could do a quick scan so I could handle the repair myself. Daniel (the owner) was incredibly friendly and understanding from the first phone call. He got us in on short notice despite how busy the shop was. When the scan didn’t give a clear answer, Nate (the tech) didn’t just send us on our way — he kept digging until they found the actual issue. Absolutely ridiculously high prices and terrible service. "Just Awful!" A $30 dollar job at Walmart or most places around town to clean the outside oxidization off of a headlight and they try charging $300. Unbelievable!
