Noticed my windshield wiper broke when driving and stopped here. Had to stand around in the lobby for 10 minutes before someone showed up. I yelled hello a few times and the phoneline was ringing the hole time but still took 10 minutes. Finally got my windshield wipers. The flimsy plastic adapter broke when I tried following the assembly instructions. I asked for help and was told they dont know how to put on windshield wipers. Every other place I've been I don't even have to ask, they just come out and put them on for you when you buy.

Cylinder 3 decided to misfire on my way to work this morning. I couldn't get on the highway & I was too far from home, but I could get to Carquest. I stopped in to see if they had a coil pack & a 10mm socket I could borrow. (Can you tell I've done this before?!) They didn't have a coil pack in stock, but their parts driver was headed to the warehouse & would be back within the hour. I waited. I replaced the coil pack, but that didn't resolve the problem. I needed a spark plug. Carquest had one, but I had never replaced one so big thanks goes to the gentlemen in Richfield Auto Center next door. With these two stores side-by-side, getting the issue resolved was as convenient as it gets. And everyone was super nice & helpful. Highly recommend you all do business here!

Jim was especially helpful. When our windshield wiper broke off during a strong storm, he took the time to help construct an attachment point for the replacement wiper from his stock of parts - thus far, it been more stable than the OEM part. When I mistakenly left my credit card, he contacted my credit card issuer - who relayed the message. Jim mailed the card to me with a nice note. Nice competent folks.
