No signage for shipping office in good view says call cb radio or go in to office nobody answers the cb radio then they have you check in on some website from your phone with a qr code that is new and have rude employees some were helpful parking area is limited and they don't have the fire lane marked in any way

The parking lot here is too messy, there is no place for trucks to park temporarily，The check-in place is very far away and you need to walk a distance to get in. Not a very convenient place for drivers
