Same-day service brake and rotor job! We called in at around 8 o’clock, but they opened up at 7am. They said they had cancellation. And kindly asked us if we wanted to bring it in for an inspection, which was free. On arrival, they were very polite and nice to us. It felt like actual customer service imagine that these days! We left the car there in about an hour later they sent us details about the services they offered if we would like to accept a decline any of the services. We checked the ones we want. And they got started and they were finished by 5 pm. Our Subaru sent now brakes like it’s brand new again. If you’re looking for a neighborhood shop, these guys can be trusted. They did not try to oversell us or do anything out of the ordinary. We got the service that we wanted and are very happy with accurate auto. What a friendly staff. They will definitely be our local shop now. ???

I’m so grateful for the team at Accurate Auto! The whole team is straightforward, knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me solve a longstanding problem that hadn’t been properly diagnosed anywhere else and they stayed in great touch with me at every step along the way. Accurate Auto's customer service is an absolute 10. I had a brake light burn out on the right rear of my Toyota Highlander which was inaccessible for me and a friend to get to. I stopped in to ask what the cost would be for them to change it. Joe, the customer service rep at the front desk offered to go out and take a look at it. He tried and also had no luck being able to get the light socket loose. So he asked one of there service people to try and he was able to get it done! I was very pleased with the fact that it could get done without having to remove the entire light assembly from the car. I asked about pricing and he said that it was no charge! I have had many vehicles serviced at this location over the years and I knew that this family-owned business would continue to perform with the same level of professionalism that I had come to expect from them. I have had my vehicle serviced a few times here since the ownership changed and I will continue to do so in the future. I have recommended them many times when people have asked for a good mechanic in the area. Thanks for reading a long post!
