Got brakes done. Shop damaged my wheel by leaving a tool stuck on the control arm, rubbing on the wheel and misplaced a clip that was on my caliper. Refused any recompense. Refused to document refusal, Refused to give written documentation that the wheel is safe to drive on. My vehicle did not roll in that way, it should not have left that way. Shop added fake 5 star reviews to counteract the score drop from my 1-star. Do not trust this Shop to perform quality work.

My wife, daughter, and myself were broken down on the side of 309 Christmas Eve and called nearly every company but all were either closed early or charging over $250 until we called Gem Auto Center where Ibrahima quoted us less then everyone and came out to help us in less than an hour. Very helpful guy that was at home with his family enjoying the holiday! Thank you so much for the help! Will be using anytime i need a tow.
