Gary Towing Services was dispatched through Progressive Roadside Assistance and was one of the few towing companies willing to take a call after 11 PM. Fernando, the driver, was respectful and friendly and transported the car to our home with no issues. He even took the time to troubleshoot and give us an idea of the problem. He also spoke Spanish. Overall, a great experience.

The Gary Towing team was very helpful when I needed to be towed. The driver that showed up was really nice. They were also willing to meet us at their storage yard the next day with very little heads up so I could grab some items from the vehicle.

Don't use this company if you actually want your vehicle picked up and towed. They were assigned by my insurance company and after delaying and making up excuses all day they never showed up. So we called in to find out what was going on to be told that they had no driver in the area. And then two minutes later get a text saying they can't find us. It's your lie tell it how you want I guess
