super friendly staff, seamless process (even with having to deal with insurance and rental car), and quick turn around. i think they even gave my car a quick vacuum/mini detail! yay!

Brought car here per insurance after collision. Bumper damage and alignment were off. Was told that both would be looked into. However, they said bumper wasn’t damaged enough to cause alignment and admitted they never even looked at alignment. Alignment was recently done prior to accident and definitely off after the accident and they still denied even looking at it. Had I known that they would just a shop that looks at body, I would have went elsewhere. When I dropped off, they assured me they would look at both body and mechanics. Now my insurance has me going to a second place. Service light came on after accident and still is on. I would never go back to Crash Collisions Malvern and recommend you avoid them for dishonesty and incomplete work.

I had an awful problem when I ran over a bucket. It was a small bucket. It caused so much damage to the underside of my SUV. The mechanic and the people at crash champions were wonderful. They are all about customer service and they didn't rush through anything they let me know every step of the way what was going on, and every time I called they put me through with someone who could speak to me directly about my vehicle. It was it amazing experience and they fixed my vehicle up and I have been happily driving around for days with no problems. If you need a place to go I recommend them 100%. Like I said they are all about customer service and they make you feel that way every single time you call or go into their shop directly. They also were covered by my insurance company so I didn't have to worry about anything they took care of that directly and took that off my plate also. I recommend this place to anybody who wants reliable knowledgeable mechanics taking care of their vehicle as well as excellent customer service!
