I wanted to make sure I give a shoutout to this place, especially Luis who helped me out today. I accidentally dropped my car off the night before to get my car inspected…and stupid me took it to the wrong place of where I scheduled my appointment! I took it to this place, the Car Shop of Manheim. I got a call from Luis asking if I scheduled an appointment. As I’m on the phone I realized I messed up. My car inspection needed to get done by this month. Luis and the rest of the staff at this place were so kind and made room for me in their day when they could’ve said no because inspections are supposed to be scheduled ahead of time. I appreciate the fact that they did this gesture for me, a NEW client. They took care of what I needed done and were super nice and not pushy about anything. Really seem reliable. This place was also commonly recommended to me on the Next Door app by neighbors. I’m sure there are other local car shops that are also great, but I am first-impressed by this place and will be continuing to come here for now on. Thank you again!

Bought a 2013 acura tl from one of their dealerships and 30 minutes later got a flashing check engine, dealer said take it here, mechanic said he checked it out and nothing is wrong but when I checked my coils I see 3 are loose and 2 have no fasteners/nut. I fixed that and I still get flashing check engines not even near redline
