We purchased our Honda Ridgeline through Metro America, a trusted family business with a stellar record back in 2025, and knew right away we made the right decision. The courteous and warm and professional service we experienced during and after purchase has exceeded our expectations. Our used Ridgeline was in excellent condition when we bought it from them. And they want to make sure you are happy, and treat you more like family. They are THE BEST auto repair shop in Lancaster County, bar none, and I'm very particular. AND like to praise those that work hard and exceed customer satisfaction. And this team goes above and beyond good service. We decided to continue service of our vehicle through Manheim Auto Repair and could not be more pleased. These guys know cars after over 40 years in business. Not only is the owner Phil, and the techs Tom and Codi highly skilled and knowledgeable, they are committed to their customers and to their business and have the highest standards of excellence, and professionalism. You can tell they love and value not only their work but also their customers and community by the way they treat their customers. They make repairing your automobile a joy and are very kind hearted people.They put all your concerns and fears to rest about auto repair. Go for it and give them a shout. THE OFFER LOANER CARS We also recently had maintenance done and they offered us a loaner car because we had to leave the car overnight. This saved us so much time, money and inconvenience. Most auto repair shops do not offer this service. It's invaluable when you need it. If you are looking for a well maintained, reliable used vehicle like I was, then I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle through Metro America (go check them out). AND I ALSO recommend auto repair and maintenance service by Manheim Auto Repair which has been a good experience for us. I don’t normally use this mechanic, but I needed a quick oil change and decided to give them try since it was convenient. Before they even finished the oil change, I received a call saying my vehicle needed over $2,000 worth of work (brakes, two new tires, etc.). Keep in mind that my car was inspected just two months prior. They told me the car was unsafe to drive and even went so far as to say my wife could end up in a ditch on the highway if we continued driving it. When I told them I wasn’t prepared to spend $2,000 that day without first getting a second opinion, they immediately asked if I’d move forward if they brought the price down under $2,000. At that point, I was already on high alert, and that confirmed my concerns. They also tried to scare me into the work by having me sign a document stating the vehicle was unsafe to drive. Meanwhile, I contacted my regular mechanic, whom I trust and some of my family uses as well. He got me in shortly after, completed the necessary work for under $900, and also said some of the work they said had to be done (new tires) could wait. All that to say, be cautious about what this shop recommends and charges. They clearly will try to upsell you as much as possible. I was drawn in by the positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience did not align with them.

Had my Honda Odyssey serviced at their shop for annual inspection. My point person was Matt. They were quick to get me in. They also provided timely updates, particularly when we had some unexpected repairs. They were very knowledgeable about manufacturer recommendations at the mileage my vehicle was at. Also able to find me some discounts on the recommended parts. Would recommend and will come back.
