I want to thank Michalak’s Auto Repair for the excellent work they have done on my car. My car has needed several repairs done. When I take my car to Michalak’s I know I can trust their work to be done right. When they recommend other repairs that will need to be fixed in the future they are not pushy just warning me ahead of time. Which I appreciate! Whenever I have a question they are always willing to answer my questions and to help me understand. Jarrod even took me into the garage while it was up on the lift and pointed out a problem I had. I very much appreciate the guys in the office, they are very friendly and so helpful. They always have a smile. I also appreciate that they offer a shuttle ride while my car is being fixed, they even come back for me when my car is done. I can’t say enough about them. I could keep going on. I highly recommend Michalak’s auto repair shop. Thank you guys! ?

Took two 4Runners for New Hampshire Oil Undercoating. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with the staff at Michalak's especially with TJ. I've called him at least 4 times with a ton of questions about the process and he was always super helpful and never got tired of my relentless questioning. The undercoating is not cheap hence I wanted to do proper due diligence before we went forward. For those who don't know New Hampshire Oil Undercoating (NHOU) is very special; it is nothing like what auto dealers put on locally. Plus Michalak's Auto Shop is the only place in Philly suburbs to offer it. Google NHOU. Anyhow, we had to drop off our cars for the day and were given loaners by TJ. He was nice enough to preheat the loaners too as he knew I was coming in the morning! How about that?! The undercoating took about half day and our cars were done by mid-afternoon. As advised by TJ the undercoating does drip a bit for couple weeks until it got really cold outside in December. We ended up placing cardboard under the trucks in the driveway to catch the drips. Rather throw out the cardboard than have to wash the driveway later. It is now January, about 2 months after the undercoating was placed. Not seeing any dripping at this point. Overall we highly recommend Michalak's and TJ specifically. Excellent service all around!

Took my car for inspection and oil change. First time there as it was convenient to my house and I had heard good things about them. They were all right! Highly recommend. Car was done by lunchtime and service and communication were great. And price was reasonable for the work done.
