Front desk lady was kind of nice, seemed skeptical. I re-plumbed my house and wanted to turn in the old cast iron and copper pipe that I pulled out. The lady at the desk told me I needed a permit to scrap copper. Seemed odd but I just wanted the old pipes gone so I just asked if I could dump them off there. She said, yeah, so I did and just left. Awkward encounter. But I understand they probably deal with a lot of interesting people.
