My grand daughter broke down 7 hrs away from home. I was put into the direction of Latta Automotive.. James towed my grand daughters car and repaired it at a very reasonable price and got my grand daughter back on the road. I was terrified not knowing who to call or what kind of person I was sending to help my child. I thank God for James... Thank you so much.

Latta Automotive went above and beyond expectations , I broke down on my way to Florida late in the afternoon and I didn't know what to do a older gentleman told me Latta Automotive would be my best bet. I called after hours the owner answered personally and made me feel like everything was going to be just fine my car got towed there that night and I was kept informed if everything that was going on the whole time I was given a good price and when I went to pick up my car he had been keeping it secure at his own home which made me feel even better I recommend Latta Automotive and wished I lived closer as I would get all my work done there

Very unprofessional company!!!! The people are rude and unprofessional. I was in a car accident and was pretty much bullied into using this company. I wanted to just push my car to the side until my family member arrived (they were on there way with a truck from about 45min away) since I live in Ashville NC . We arrived at this business to get my car and the doors were locked. We called and was told there CLOSED.. ummm this was all within a hour of them taking my car. The sign said they are open until 4pm. This was about 2pm. Once back to Ashville, I called to talked to them again, I was yelled at, and hung up on three times. This company is HORRIBLE! They need to be regulated by a nonpartisan organization. I wish there was a place for negative star rating because that's what they deserve.
