I had a horrible experience with this tow company and I want to warn others. I parked my car (a Camaro) in an area that had no posted signs saying parking was prohibited. When I came back, my car was gone, and a tow truck was still in the area actively towing other vehicles. I asked the driver if they had taken my car and he told me he didn’t know — which was later proven to be false, because their company did in fact have my vehicle. That felt dishonest and unprofessional. When I was finally able to get my car back, I was overcharged and never given a receipt, which is extremely concerning. If a business is charging hundreds of dollars, they should be able to provide proper documentation of what you paid and why. Between the lack of signage, misleading answers from the driver, the inflated fee, and no receipt, this entire situation felt predatory. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please be careful if you park anywhere they patrol.

I was getting gas at a gas station with my son, and when I got back into the car it would not start. I asked the driver if he would mind giving me a jump start. He did without hesitation and was very helpful and courteous. Thank you very much.
