Car developed a misfire and flashing check engine light about 5 miles outside of Chamberlain. I went to this NAPA to use a scan tool to pull the code. They told me I could either buy one or go to the shop next door and have them read the code. I ended up spending $60 on a code reader and found out we had a P306 code indicating a misfire on cylinder 6. I asked to borrow tools to pull the ignition coil and plug out. The first guy basically told me to pound sand, the second guy eventually let me borrow the 10mm and 5/8 spark plug sockets and a wrench to do the job. They had the coil and plug on hand, and I was able to switch it out in 10 minutes and get back on the road. You guys need to work on customer service and friendliness, not the best experience.
