I had just loaded in Madison and was about to head out when I realized my trailer had an issue with a track bar. I called around but either nobody was interested in making some money by fixing it, or the place that advertised as truck/trailer repair didn't even answer the phone. JT was fueling his wrecker so I figured I'd at least ask him where I could possibly get it looked at. Not only was he a nice guy, he stopped what he was doing, got me limped over to his shop, pulled the part off and repaired it and had me back on the road with no issues. He also didn't take advantage of my situation and gauge me. Price was beyond fair, and he's prioritized my situation which nowadays nobody knows how to do anymore. Definitely recommend this guy for repair, very good welding and if you need a tow, he can cover that too. I'd give ten stars if I could. Thanks JT Mechanics for going above and beyond!!!

On July 7th 2025 my friends truck motor went and quit on him. Real early in the morning I get ahold of John at JT Mechanic and pay for his truck to be towed and I spoke with hlthis guy myself and he said "Sure no problem we'll stow the vehicle for ya no charge. Just keep in Contact." Which we did and its now only a month and 2 days since. REMINDER Paid in full the invoice the morning of and had an agreement we would be coming to get the vehicle in a reasonable amount of time. Here it is Aug 9th 2025 after a 750 mile journey they won't release the vehicle without further payment of 1500 dollars. Dont believe what he tells you get a written agreement. Also he moved the vehicle to his personal residence (which as many men do, you do business at home too too) after only 2 weeks, he wasnt aware but the vehicle has a location tag installed. When we showed up at his home to retrieve the vehicle he was very confused and asked "SO, how did you find me?" Overall Dont DO Business With Them Unless You've No Other Choice.
