Rescued! I misjudged my low fuel light... very embarrassing. I was on I-90 near the Salem exit, so I did a Google search. I called & they sent someone right out & got me squared away. In the city, i would have had to pay 3-5 times what they charged me. Everyone involved was incredibly friendly. Small town South Dakota charm. Thank you all so much!

I wouldn't recommend this place. I made the mistake of taking my wife's van to them for some parts and an alignment. They charged me for a ball joint, sway bar links, and analignment. 2 1/2 weeks later the passenger side outer tie rod nut comes off, tire rod came out and the tire caved inward. They are trying to tell me that they're not responsible for the outer tie rod issue cause they didn't touch it. Employee that did the alignment, or shop manager, tells me that the tie rod was installed incorrectly after looking at it on the trailer when it came back to them on the wrecker. They refused to fix it. I had 38 towing go get it and take it to their shop. That shop fixed the outer tie rod and called me with the unfortunate news that my inner tie rods are shot. The owner of AutoEx called me back to understand why I feel it's their fault. During an alignment inspection, they check out all components that are involved with the steering of the vehicle, my question is how comes they didn't tell me that the outer tie rods were installed incorrectly if they did an alignment? How did they not notice the inner tie rods were shot? Now we're headed to small claims court!
