I drove from Sioux Falls to Aberdeen to visit 2 long lost friends I hadn't seen in over 20 yrs. On my way home, I lost all power in my vehicle by the time I hit Webster. I was able to contact Ballert Auto who, thankfully, was affiliated with AAA towing. He had to tow my vehicle back to Sioux Falls. Very nice gentleman. Very pleased with the help & service. We had a flat tire and a spare that turned out to be no good while driving through on a Saturday afternoon. Everyone was closed. Through friends, we were able to get ahold of this business and they were able to have someone come and tow us to a tire place and help coordinate that business’ staff to come in off hours to get us a new tire so we could still make out Sioux Falls destination on time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! So very thankful for their service after hours!
