The gentleman that helped me was very polite and helpful. He got my battery tested and a new one installed in about 20 minutes. Glad I got a new battery when I did, before it got cold out. But my battery light is still coming on occasionally, not sure why. All in all a good experience with this place.

A little pricey on her stuff and they don't listen to you on the phone when you tell him what you need they keep asking for the details they should write things down when you call it in write it down on a notepad see you not repeating yourself for 5 times on the phone I don't have time to waste if I ask you for a part this is what I'm saying get the part I need
