Mike, owner and service manager of Williams Bay Auto, has great staff and great service!  I've been taking my car to Williams Bay Auto, for everything in the last four-plus years.  Mike is very helpful, and solves any tune-up or car issues quickly, even working my car in at the last minute, prior to Memorial Day Weekend.  Also, his explanation of diagnosis and review at checkout always gives me reassurance. Williams Bay Automotive is top notch in knowledge and service! I have been using them now consistently for the last couple of years after I learned of their business, integrity and all around great service! Mike always looks at car issues thoroughly and gives upfront estimates that are more than fair! If it doesn’t need fixing he doesn’t try to sell you anything unnecessarily! I’ve had a few tricky situations with my own and my son’s car and he’s always willing to get the vehicles in and figured out! Cannot recommend him and Williams Bay Auto enough!
