I live in Sun Valley, there used to be specific days for trash on Wednesday and recycling every other Friday. Lately the trucks come 1 day later than they are supposed to and since they went to the hydrolic arm with the claw and not people cans are everywhere. I am a disabled veteran and every rimes trash or recycling run they leave my neighbors cans directly in front of my driveway so I cant just leave. I have to move the cans home to the houses on either side of me plus my cans, the ones bestowed on us by thr city of Giddings. The drivers for this route dont pay attention to what they are doing. If city trash and recycling cans continue to be left bin my driveway way because the driver's cant leave yhe cans at the house to which they were given, I will start running them over. I have already been talking to management out here, they have a fine set up for anyone not getting thier cans in by the end of the day. Which the neighbors DO NOT take their cans in. Some of this can be rectified by the garbage and recycling driver's having more care for thier jobs and us. We do pay for trash service, the city does ask us to maintain the cans and not tear them up on purpose. Since the garbage and recycling driver's leave the cans in my driveway on purpose and not caring. Then I wont either. Any cans th city garbage and recyclingtrucks leave in my driveway that are not mine because I pull mine in I am responsible for what I am granted, other cans will be run over when I need to leave my driveway. I have had enough of people not caring about others. The garbage and recycling driver's are also slinging trash everywhere its flying into my yard giving me extra work.

I called to asked how much they were paying for scrap pounds and the guy that answered sound like he belonged doing that job he had absolutely no customer service what so ever he needs to get Jesus in his life before he returns because with that attitude he will be turned away. I called at 10:48 am 12/30/2025 so whoever you are guy get the praying for yourself

Easy to find, convenient location and good way to get paid for junk metal. Pulled my loaded trailer onto the scale, got weighed, then drove around the mountains of scrap metal to get unloaded. One of the workers fired up the Komatsu excavator with grappler hooks and easily grabbed all the junk appliances and other scrap off my trailer in about 15 minutes without a sweat. After he finished offloading I had to drive around the mountains of scrap and thru a massive mud pit to get back to the scale for the tare weight before stopping in the office to retrieve payment. The guy inside had the cash waiting at the window by the time I got there. Easy peasy, no hassle, no grumpy attitudes. I wish I could load the junk onto the trailer as quickly as they offloaded it.
