I had an amazing experience at AutoZone not too long ago all thanks to Melissa, the manager who is clearly the MVP of customer service! Honestly, I walked in a bit confused and probably looking like I was trying to fix my car with duct tape and hope. But Melissa swooped in like a superhero, armed with knowledge, patience, and a smile that could probably fix my engine. She not only helped me find exactly what I needed, but also made sure I felt like I was the most important person in the store, no small feat when it’s packed with car parts and confused customers like me.
