The very rude woman at the window (if you can call,that a window is very unpleasant and out to gyp people for their money. I took 180 pounds of metal and she paid me for 18o pounds of tin (for aluminum cans) when i went back once I realized what had happen she went ballistic and flipped me off and threatened to call the police. All,in all I,received $7.20 cents to be complete my taken advantage of and threatened . I will never be back and I suggest anyone who is thinking about going there to,make,the trip,to longview . its much more worth it. If I could,take away stars I would. Worst attitude and experience I have ever had. Two thumbs way down. She need me new training on her metal knowledge and customer experience.
