Had a relatively small run in with our garage door and filed a claim with State Farm. Carstar was on their list of preferred repair facilities. I'm glad I selected them. It was awesome service from start to finish. I contacted them and Valeria set me up with an appointment and coordinated my rental car from Enterprise. Once we dropped off the vehicle Seth contacted me every other day as promised until the vehicle was returned. They returned the vehicle with the work done impeccably and the vehicle clean as a whistle. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them at all. Great business, great service and great people.

I am happy with my experience with CarStar Little Elm. Erica gave me a quick and fairly accurate quote for my repair. She was very professional and communicated with me quickly and often. She said my car would be ready in 5 days and it was! My car was detailed and beautiful and the work was perfect. I have my son’s car scheduled for repair next week. They have a great reputation and they live up to all their wonderful google reviews.
