Awesome, courteous, polite, and very considerate service as a female walking into auto parts store on a hot afternoon in South Texas. Helped me with exactly what I needed, didn't try to sell me anything more. Corporate should use these folks on their customer service training videos. Store was clean, nothing blocking the aisles. Sure made having unexpected but necessary water pump replacement almost a ? nice experience if it can be described that way.

Put my RV in storage and noticed I didn't have my key to my RV hitch lock. Now, Im storing this thing an hour and half away from my house because it's on higher ground than Galveston, and Im way out yonder in my old stomping grounds where towns are spaced out, don't want to drive back to Rosenberg, and tired from a big cross country move back home. Thank God for NAPA saving the day! And had one in stock! I didn't care if I had to pay twice what it cost, Im just glad yall were there!
