I recently had a few issues with my 2017 Chevrolet 6.2 liter z71 Silverado pickup. I took it to A&O in Pottsboro and told them My concerns. This is perhaps the most honest, and transparent service shop I have ever experienced ! They listened, were knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. After doing the repairs and diagnostics on my truck, they showed me a report of all things done, along with some future concerns. Rope (service advisor) explained what was repaired, and some issues I may want addressed in the near future. Anyone looking for another auto repair shop I would highly recommend A&O. They are friendly, knowledgeable, with a clean state of the art repair shop, and a hometown atmosphere.. I plan on doing all my future business with A&O. Jim Hite Pottsboro, Tx.

I've been to A&O a few times now, and I've had nothing but fantastic service from them. I came in with a car that wouldn't turn over and the crew found all the issues and ASKED me what I wanted to approve before starting work. When I had questions, they took the time to explain the differences of parts and sections of the motor without talking down to me and I walked away with a better understanding of my vehicle. Walt and Rope are knowledgeable and well spoken. Will continue to return to have my vehicles serviced.
