This was my first time using this shop and I'm happy with the work and pricing. I had to have two broken wheel studs replaced, however I brought a full wheel set (5) with me just in case. They ended up replacing all of them at no extra charge. The job was also handled in a timely manner. And again the price i believe was fair. The experience was one that'll bring me back. Thanks.

Let me say I've experienced both the Alta Mere location and the White Settlement location. These were two totally different experiences to say the lease. The customer service in White Settlement FAR EXCEEDS the service I received at the Alta Mere location. "Jackie-GPT" is the best! Great attitude and exceptional customer service. I have to drive right pass the Alta Mere location to get to the White Settlement location. Let's just say it was well worth it on customer service alone. The BIG GUY at the Alta Mere location has ZERO customer service skills. I had a shift cable installed @ $573.00. When I picked my truck up. The radio had stop playing. When brought to his attention. He wanted to charge me the 89.00 diagnostic fee that his guys did nothing to my radio system. He asks to bet the diagnostic fee that his guys did nothing wrong. YOU BET I ACCEPTED!!! After he LOST THE BET, he still charged me $42.00 stating his guys has to make something. I paid a bet I had just won that he had offered. I will NEVER use the Alta Mere location again and I live down the street from the place. WAY TO GO "JACKIE-GPT" on displaying what customer service is supposed to look and feel like! The company should have the BIG GUY at Alta Mere take a few lessons from Jackie. THE HUGE DISCREPANCIES IN REVIEWS EXPLAINS IT ALL. We as consumers can only fight back with reviews. Let's continue to use good and bad to fight for customer service.

I really appreciate good work but even more so. Honesty especially where other mechanic shops will trick you into getting quirk performed that isn't even needed. Alta Mere could of very well told me that I needed a whole new transmission. Which could of cost 1000$. But instead just informed me I had some broken bolts on the cv-axle. Pulled the broken ones and replaced them all for barely the price of an oil change. Thanks Alta Mere for your help. FYI what a pleasure speaking with the lovely lady of the front desk. Thanks again
