I recently moved to the area and needed to find someone to work on my truck. When I first called I wasn’t super sure about them to be honest. However, they have more than exceeded my expectations! They are very communicative and willing to work with me on some things. When I had questions after the work was completed they jumped on it and answered my questions. I will be using McNeils for my vehicles from now on and would recommend them to everyone!

I was looking for a new mechanic, having had my last mechanic outright lie about repairs that I needed. So to say that I was on the skeptical side of things when I walked into McNeil's, would be an understatement. They were amazing, I told him what I needed to have looked at at my vehicle and they came back and said that there were several things that need attention but it could wait. It was such a breath of fresh air to have that type of attitude and they have a customer for as long as I'm hearing Utah. Quality Care, precise communication and genuine intent is what I felt when I was there.

Extremely honest and good mechanics. There is a long story I’m too lazy to type out, but basically they had a really hard time finding out what was going on with my truck…but they never gave up and were eventually able to figure out what was going on. They really did do their best to save me money and even gave me a spare axle they had laying around because of how long it took to fix the problem. Very happy with their service.
