It’s hard for me to be “that person” but I have to be. First off, fantastic company. Talked to Jared and he got me taken care of. Fantastic customer service. What I’m not happy about is the lack of honesty I’m faced with. And I need someone to own up to the mistake. My car was towed to Burt Brother’s auto shop in Riverton. They professed when they got the car, that the damage was already like this, tbe cv axle was completely broken and the damage was done. In a way, I believe them because watching my car get pulled up onto the tow truck bed made my soul leave my body. He kept the car in park, slid the bed under the wheels and then had a chain winching it the rest of the way on. All while it was parked. Could easily snap the axle. Now, to give grace, I made the mistake of letting him go drop it off without me being there so I can’t actually tell you if it was caused by the tow driver or not. If it was. Please own up to it and fix it as this is new damage to my vehicle. I’ll be writing a review for the auto shop as well in same fashion to hopefully get someone to take responsibility. The vehicle wasn’t like this before the tow. You can clearly see the before tow and the other is after picking it up from the shop<br><br>My reply to my post: this in no way explains why my fender is completely damaged. Are you really going to be that blatant in avoiding that main part of my post? Where is the backbone of honesty here?

Hagen Towing has helped us twice in the past few months with our truck and both experiences were excellent. They arrived quickly, were kind and professional, and made sure all our needs were met. Had them tow our car to the dealership after losing the keys. Spoke to Mike over the phone who was great and gave me a their rates ($110 for pickup and the first 5 miles and 4$ a mile after) I made sure they could tow the car without a key and he said they sure could. A driver picked up the car an hour or so later and got it dropped off at the dealership. The problem is when he called me the cost of the tow went up $30. No that 30$ is not the end of the world but I was told by the driver it was because there was no key to the car. Mike knew there was no key I made sure they would tow it without one and he never mentioned an additional charge for that. Overall not a bad experience but didn’t appreciate the random charge throw on top.
