Even if they are unable to fix my car (I will know next week) but the professionalism and customer service is top tier! I literally could cry tears of happiness! It’s been a frustrating day dealing with several car auto shops and Triple A really swooped in and stole my heart just by being understanding and caring! I love it here! Again if my car is unable to be serviced oh well, I am still giving 5 stars for the customer service alone!

Called and made an appointment for my inspection. Got there Friday morning and was told they don't do appointments for inspections, but they'd try and get me in. They weren't able to finish up Friday and kept my truck over the weekend, but said it'd be ready first thing Monday morning. Told my boss I'd just be a bit late Monday. They didn't finish it until about 1pm. I got there, paid, grabbed my keys....and as I was pulling out of the parking lot, I realized I didn't have an inspection sticker. So I went back in and asked. There was some confusion...apparently they hadn't finished my inspection after all. So now I'm waiting an extra 20 minutes for it to be ready. Needless to say....I wasn't going to be making it to work after all. I finally get my vehicle, inspection all done. But now my truck creaks like it's falling apart every time I back up. I get it back to their shop to fix it....and nothing. They said they checked everything...but every time I back up...CREAkkkkkk. It's so annoying. And now it's either listen to it every time I back up for the next few years....or pay someone to fix whatever AAA did during my inspection.
