20240906 I ordered a hand drill online for pick up at the store vs Free Delivery because it was 20% off Labor Day weekend. First time visiting this store. The employee at the counter was helpful. I was surprised that the box that the drill came in was dusty. It would have been nice if the dust was wiped off... but then, it's an auto store, not a place I frequent. Need to lower my expectations. ?

Service was good but there was a line of 3 people in front of me and it took roughly 20 minutes to get up there and realize the website inventory didn’t match what was in store. Bummer since I came from another store in Herndon that told me the Chantilly location had the stock I needed.

Crystal at the NAPA auto parts store in 14154C Willard rd, Chantilly, VA was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me find the parts I needed, I called before going to the store and she had the parts ready for me at the counter when I got there. Not only that, but she also gave me a great deal. Her friendly, helpful, and welcoming attitude made my experience so much better.
